My office was previously a bank – there is COMPLETE bank vault with a MEGA LARGE AND HEAVY vault door, and steel plates lining the vault –

the vault is real BIG – there are even some safety deposit boxes and steel gates and other security items etc

in the back is a round vault door –

This all must be removed by the purchaser but we will make sure thaqt u have a nice clear pather and be real cooperative

ALL $$$$ PAID UP FRONT – No Exceptions – if u r concerned about us ripping u off

1. we will give us a written contract that the stuff is yours to take and
2. u can place the $$$$ in escrow with our attorney at no extra charge who will hold the $$$$ till u get all your stuff –
